Clubspot Launch Notes — August 21, 2026

From faster POS closeouts to smarter dining reservations, the latest Clubspot updates are designed to make everyday club operations a little easier.

Here’s what’s new from the past few weeks:

Closing All POS Orders to House Account

Staff can now close all eligible open POS orders to house account at once. Clubs can allow staff to close all of their own open orders, while designated team members can also close every eligible order at a location. A preview shows which orders will be closed and flags any that aren’t eligible, helping simplify end-of-shift and end-of-day closeouts.

Party-Based Turn Times for Tables

Dining teams can now set table turn times based on party size. Clubs can create different reservation durations for smaller and larger parties within each shift, giving teams more control over availability and helping the reservation book better reflect how long different tables are actually expected to be occupied.

Set Limited Stock for Product Subtypes

Golf pros and retail teams can now set product subtypes to default new products to limited stock. Instead of updating the inventory setting every time a new product is added, teams can configure the subtype once and have the correct stock behavior applied automatically to future products.

Collapse the Left Menu

The left-side admin menu can now be collapsed, giving staff more room to work across Clubspot. It’s a simple update that creates more usable screen space for dashboards, tables, and other day-to-day workflows.
