Clubspot Launch Notes – October 16, 2026

Clubspot is always shipping new features and updates, and we want to keep you in the loop. Because the platform is cloud-based, improvements can roll out in days and weeks rather than the months and quarters common with legacy software.

Here's what's new from the past week:

More Granular Guest Access Controls

Clubs now have more granular control over guest access, with layered guest fee and pass limits, member-specific allotment adjustments, and the ability to display remaining guest allowances at check-in. Additional improvements make guest pass issuance and kiosk check-ins more flexible, including reusing existing guest profiles and allowing guest pass charges to be billed to the host member's tab.

Barcode Label Printing

Clubspot now supports printing product and option barcodes directly onto Avery label sheets, with configurable quantities and label positioning. The system remembers the next available label position and supports printing directly from vendor imports, making inventory labeling easier and more efficient.

Multiple Restaurants with Independent Booking Rules

Clubs can now manage multiple restaurants within Clubspot, each with its own member-facing reservation page and distinct booking flow. Individual dining shifts can also have their own access restrictions based on membership category, giving clubs greater flexibility to manage reservations across different dining venues.
