Clubspot Launch Notes – October 23, 2026

Facility map editing is just one of several exciting new launches from Clubspot this week.

Clubspot is always shipping new features and updates, and we want to keep you in the loop. Because the platform is cloud-based, improvements can roll out in days and weeks rather than the months and quarters common with legacy software.

Here's what's new from the past week:

Facility Maps

Clubspot now includes a new facility map editor, allowing clubs to create and manage visual layouts for facilities like marinas and boat slips. The editor supports labeled shapes, copying and pasting, and tools to duplicate slip dimensions and orientations, making it easy to build consistent layouts that can be published directly to the admin dashboard.

Smarter Kitchen Display Tickets

New Smart Tickets settings give clubs more control over how orders appear in the Kitchen Display System, with options to group tickets by individual fire events, orders, or tables. Clubs can also configure how long completed or canceled items remain visible, while ticket timers automatically track the oldest outstanding item to help kitchen staff prioritize orders.

Reciprocal Tee Sheet Charges

Clubs can now add reciprocal club members directly to tee sheet bookings, with the ability to search connected reciprocal membership databases or enter guest information manually. Charges can also be assigned to a reciprocal club account, making it easier to manage visiting golfers and their associated fees.
