Automated check-in and check-out emails for club lodging is just one of several exciting new updates from Clubspot this week.
Clubspot is always shipping new features and updates, and we want to keep you in the loop. Because the platform is cloud-based, improvements can roll out in days and weeks rather than the months and quarters common with legacy software.
Here’s what’s new from the past week:
Schedule Custom Lodging Reminder Emails
Clubs can create custom scheduled emails for lodging reservations, giving staff an easier way to communicate with guests before check-in and after check-out. From the new Communications tab, clubs can choose how many days before or after a stay an email should be sent at 9 a.m., then customize the subject, message, and merge tags. Confirmation emails also live in the same Communications area, bringing key lodging communication settings together in one place.
Easier Navigation Across the Member Portal
The member portal tab bar can appear across all native portal pages, with a compact navigation mode that makes it easier for members to move between pages beyond the first four displayed in the main tab bar. Clubs can also choose which additional contact emails appear on the member account page, giving members easier access to the right club contacts while keeping those details configurable by staff.
