Clubspot Launch Notes — September 4, 2026

The ability to organize custom fields into groups is just one of several important new features that Clubspot shipped this week.

From more organized member data to smoother simulator operations and more precise booking controls, the latest Clubspot updates give club teams more flexibility across everyday workflows.

Here’s what’s new from the past week:

Organize Custom Fields into Groups

Clubs can organize custom fields into groups, making it easier to structure and manage the additional information they track across Clubspot. Related fields can be grouped together so staff can more quickly find the information they need and keep increasingly detailed club data organized as custom fields expand.

Print Simulator Reservation Chits

Staff can print reservation detail chits directly from the simulator calendar or booking overlay, including for staff-service bookings that appear on the simulator calendar. Clubs can also configure which printer receives simulator chits, helping teams route reservation details directly to the right part of the operation.

More Control Over Reservable Products

Clubs can restrict reservable products based on membership categories and membership add-ons. Product-level membership rules determine which members are eligible to make a reservation, giving clubs more control over access to equipment, amenities, and other reservable inventory while keeping the booking process straightforward for eligible members.
