Clubspot Product Updates: April 20 — May 1, 2026
Direct and easy control over RSVP is timing one of many new updates from Clubspot in the past two weeks.
Clubs move quickly, and their software should keep pace. Over the past two weeks, Clubspot has shipped updates that give teams more control over member-facing events, reporting, regatta operations, and golf workflows.
These releases reflect the same product philosophy that drives Clubspot every week: build practical tools that solve real operational problems for private clubs, then get them into users’ hands quickly.
RSVP Social Events: More Control Over Event Registration
Social event RSVPs are now easier to manage with the ability to schedule the date that RSVPs open.
Instead of turning registration on manually, clubs can set the open date in advance and let Clubspot handle the timing. That is especially useful for high-demand events, seasonal programming, and member events where timing matters.
Clubs can also choose to hide the event address on the RSVP page, giving admins more control over what information appears during the registration process.
Protests: Built Into Best-in-Class Regatta Software
Clubspot’s best-in-class regatta software now includes a more complete hearings workflow, replacing the previous protest board experience.
The new workflow supports multiple hearing types, including protests, scoring inquiries, and other hearing requests. Race administrators can configure time limits, manage submissions, bulk schedule hearings, save requests as PDFs, and display live hearing information on a TV-ready public board.
It also includes structured decision workflows, US Sailing preferred wording, scoring-needed flags, audit logs, and decision visibility controls — giving clubs a more professional, organized way to manage the full hearing process from submission through resolution.
Golf: Check-In-Only Tee Sheet Access
Golf teams now have more control over tee sheet access with a new check-in-only permission.
This restricted access level is built for staff who manage day-of-play activity without needing broader golf admin permissions. Team members can check players in and out, view membership information, and print the tee sheet.
For clubs, it keeps front-line workflows simple while protecting higher-level tee sheet controls.
