Clubspot Product Updates: April 6 — 17, 2026
By Fritz Baldauf
The ability to add a tee time directly into a member’s lodging reservation is just one of the many exciting new features that Clubspot has rolled out over the past two weeks.
At Clubspot, product development doesn’t happen in quarters. It happens in days. While legacy systems batch updates into slow, infrequent releases, we continuously ship improvements in real time and respond directly to how clubs actually operate. The result is a platform that evolves alongside your team, not behind it.
Over the past two weeks, that pace has translated into meaningful upgrades across lodging, golf, and boating, tightening workflows, increasing flexibility, and giving staff more control exactly where they need it.
Lodging: Itinerary-Driven Operations
Lodging continues to evolve into the operational center of the club experience, with deeper connections to other systems and more control at the itinerary level.
The biggest step forward is the ability to add players to a tee time directly from the itinerary. Staff no longer need to navigate between lodging and the tee sheet to coordinate a stay that includes golf. Instead, they can manage the full experience in one place, with tee times now functioning as a natural extension of the reservation itself.
This builds on recent enhancements to itinerary management, where tee times can already be created, edited, and managed without leaving the reservation. Together, these changes reduce friction for staff and make it significantly easier to handle group stays, multi-activity bookings, and last-minute adjustments.
Boats: More Control Over Data Collection
For our yacht clubs, we’ve introduced more flexibility into how clubs manage data collection within Boats by allowing admins to control visibility and ability to edit at the field level.
This means clubs can tailor exactly what information is collected, who can see it, and who can make updates without needing custom workflows or workarounds. As boating operations vary widely across clubs, this added layer of configurability ensures the system can adapt to different processes while still maintaining structure and consistency.
Golf: Buddy Groups in the Admin Dashboard
Buddy groups are now surfaced directly in the admin dashboard through a new dedicated table, giving staff visibility into how members typically organize their play.
This makes it easier to understand recurring group dynamics, assist with bookings, and fill tee sheets more efficiently. Instead of relying on memory or member input alone, staff now have a clearer picture of who tends to play together, enabling faster and more informed coordination.
…And So Much More
Alongside these updates, we’ve shipped a wide range of quality-of-life improvements across the platform, from expanded filtering and pricing flexibility in lodging, to enhanced POS usability, to new custom data collection capabilities and performance upgrades across the system.
