Clubspot Product Updates: February 20 – March 6, 2026

By Fritz Baldauf

Over the past two weeks, we’ve rolled out several updates across Clubspot designed to give club teams better operational visibility, more flexibility in managing events and bookings, and an improved experience for both staff and members. To see the full launch notes, click here.

See all Event Information in One Place

The new event space timeline provides a visual daily schedule of all events by location and time, helping staff quickly identify availability, overlaps, and scheduling conflicts.

A major focus of this release is Banquets and event management. Content templates now support multiple boilerplate versions for BEOs, allowing teams to quickly choose the right format for different types of events. We’ve also introduced a new event space timeline, a visual daily view showing all events by time and location so staff can easily identify open spaces, conflicts, or overlaps. Events are color-coded by status, and new events can be created directly from an available slot. Clubs can also send emails when creating payment requests and follow up with payment request notifications, making client communication easier during the planning process.

Member Ability to Limit Visibility

Members now have greater control over privacy in the Clubspot app, including the ability to opt out of appearing in the “Members at the Club” list.

We’ve also improved the member management experience with a cleaner interface for managing profile details and member visibility across different touchpoints. For clubs using the “Members at the Club” feature in the app, members can now opt out of appearing in that list, giving individuals more control over their privacy.

Customize Your Club’s Lodging Rules

Clubs can now enable a request-only lodging workflow, allowing members to submit booking requests that staff review and approve before assigning rooms.

Another notable addition is a new lodging request workflow. Clubs can enable a booking mode where members submit reservations as requests instead of instant confirmations, allowing staff to review and approve bookings before assigning rooms. This gives lodging teams greater control over room allocation while keeping the booking process simple for members.

Easily Manage Pro’s Booking Availability to Members

Club staff profiles can now be configured with detailed booking settings, allowing pros to manage availability and accept lesson bookings directly through Clubspot.

Alongside these features, we’ve added several operational improvements across the platform, including enhanced event calendar integrations, expanded court booking controls, new membership-category rules for golf and simulator billing, and a variety of smaller updates, infrastructure improvements, and bug fixes to keep the platform running smoothly.
