Clubspot Product Updates: June 15 – 26, 2026
The ability to assign a housekeeping status for club lodging is just one of many new features that Clubspot released in the past two weeks.
By Fritz Baldauf
At legacy club software platforms, new updates arrive every few months or so, if at all. At Clubspot, we take a different approach. We publish new updates in days and weeks, automatically updating features for our clubs, and incorporating the feedback we receive to inform new updates. This week, we introduced the following updates to lodging, analytics, and POS:
Lodging Housekeeping Status
This week’s biggest updates are in lodging, with several new tools designed to help clubs manage rooms more clearly from reservation to check-in. Rooms can now be assigned a housekeeping status of clean, dirty, or out of order. Clubs can also export a housekeeping report showing room status, next reservation, and related details, giving staff a cleaner operational view before arrivals. The lodging check-in process has also been updated with a new confirmation overlay, creating a more structured workflow as clubs. Additionally, staff cannot check a guest into a room until that status is updated.
Lodging Price Schedules
Clubs now have more control over how lodging rates are configured and applied. Admins can set flexible nightly rates for each room type, including default member and non-member rates, custom price schedules for specific dates, and rules based on room type, participant type, occupancy, or length of stay. For member bookings, the booking flow can now show an average nightly rate and total rate, even when multiple rules apply across a stay. This gives clubs a more powerful pricing engine for seasonal rates, weekend pricing, occupancy-based pricing, and other lodging scenarios.
Multi-Location Check-Ins
The check-in kiosk now supports multiple check-in locations. For example, clubs can now differentiate between members checking in at the front desk, pool, bar, or any other location.Members and guests can select the relevant location directly from the kiosk, and that location is stored on check-in records for better tracking. Clubs can also filter the analytics table by check-in location, giving staff a clearer view of where members and guests are checking in across the property.
