Clubspot is constantly adapting and improving to better support how modern clubs actually operate—across member experience, staff efficiency, and leadership visibility. The latest updates focus on making everyday workflows faster, more connected, and easier to manage without adding complexity.
The last few weeks have seen plenty of exciting new updates from Clubspot, none bigger than Clubspot AI.
Clubspot AI
Clubspot AI continues to evolve into a more powerful tool for club leaders. It can now generate charts and visualizations directly from your data, making it easier to move from questions to insights without exporting reports or building spreadsheets. When relevant, AI will prompt you with visualization options so you can quickly understand trends and performance.

More Connected Club Operations
Across lodging, golf, and dining, the experience is becoming more unified for both staff and members. Reservations are now more actionable, allowing teams to manage tee times, make additional bookings for a guest’s party, and handle more of the member journey from a single place.
On the golf side, booking is faster and more personalized with the introduction of “buddy groups,” making it easy for members to quickly fill tee times with their usual group. Dining updates continue to improve how clubs manage capacity and larger parties, giving teams more flexibility while maintaining a clean booking experience.
Better Visibility & Control for Your Team
We’ve also introduced improvements that give operators more control and clearer insight into what’s happening across the club. Native e-signatures are now built directly into Clubspot, allowing teams to manage contracts end-to-end without third-party tools. At the same time, updates to reporting and POS workflows—along with more flexible controls like discount overrides—help teams operate more efficiently during day-to-day service.
Search and navigation are also getting smarter and more personalized, helping members find what they need faster while improving the overall digital experience.
As always, these updates are supported by ongoing improvements to performance, reliability, and usability across the platform.
