Get Better Event Feedback From Your Members
Member feedback forms are built directly into Clubspot’s events software, allowing clubs to seamlessly collect better information.

A club event does not truly end when the final guest leaves. For staff, the days afterward are an opportunity to understand what members enjoyed, what could be improved, and what should change before the next event. Clubspot’s Social Event Feedback Surveys make that process easier by automatically collecting member input while the experience is still fresh.
Without a consistent feedback process, clubs may rely on informal conversations, scattered emails, or comments passed between departments. Those observations can be helpful, but they rarely provide a complete or organized view of the member experience. An automated survey gives every event a repeatable way to gather feedback rather than waiting for members to speak up on their own.
Clubspot allows staff to enable a feedback survey directly within the communication settings for a social event. The survey can be scheduled to send automatically a set number of hours after the event ends, with 24 hours serving as the default. That timing helps clubs reach members soon enough for them to remember the details without adding another manual follow-up task for staff.
Clubs can also determine who receives the survey. It can be sent only to the person who completed the registration or to every participant included in the registration. This flexibility allows the club to match the feedback process to the event, whether it is a family dinner, a large holiday celebration, a member tournament, or another shared club experience.
Each survey begins with a set of general questions, and staff can add questions that are specific to the event or the information they want to collect. The accompanying email can use Clubspot’s default language or customized wording from the club, and staff can send a test before the survey goes out. That gives the club control over both the questions being asked and the way the request is presented to members.
Once responses begin arriving, staff can review and filter them based on star ratings. Each response is tied directly to the participant who submitted it through a unique survey link, giving the feedback useful context. Staff can also edit responses when necessary, with the system recording when an edit was made and who made it.
This creates a clearer path from member feedback to operational improvement. A dining team might identify a recurring concern about service timing, while an events team may discover that members loved a particular format, menu, activity, or entertainment choice. Instead of allowing those insights to disappear into separate conversations, the club can review them in one organized workflow.
Better events often come from paying attention to small details. By automating the feedback process, Clubspot helps clubs learn from each event without creating additional administrative work. Staff receive clearer information, members have an easy way to share their experience, and the next event can be planned with a better understanding of what the club community values most.
