We’re always updating and improving Clubspot to evolve with clubs in real time. Check out what’s new this week:
Faster staff access at the point of sale
Staff can now use a physical keyboard to enter their staff codes in Clubspot’s point-of-sale system, making it faster and more responsive to access during busy service. Deferred social events for members and non-members
Deferred social events are no longer limited to members-only registration. Members can continue registering through their house accounts, while non-members can participate by paying upfront, giving clubs more flexibility when opening events to guests and the broader community.
Easier group class waitlist management
Members can now see waitlisted group class registrations within My RSVPs and inline signups. They can also remove themselves from a waitlist directly, giving members more visibility and reducing the amount of manual follow-up required from staff.
