The ability for members to easily request a letter of reciprocity, and easy processing of those letters for staff, is one of several exciting new features from Clubspot this week.
We’re always updating and improving Clubspot to evolve with clubs in real time. Check out what’s new this week:
Letters of reciprocity
Clubs can now enable letters of reciprocity directly in Clubspot. Admins can manage requests from a new reciprocity page, while active members can send letters from the member portal.
Smarter dashboard views
Admins can now save table configurations, including filters, date ranges, and sorting. These views are saved by user, club, and dashboard, making it easier to return to the right information.
More flexible group classes
Clubs can now message participants, waitlists, and cancellations separately. Group class bookings can also be restricted by member category or membership add-on.
