A cost+ discounts feature, which can be enabled or disabled depending on the POS location at the club, is just one of the many exciting new features the Clubspot team shipped this past week.

At Clubspot, we are constantly shipping updates to help private clubs move faster, work smarter, and get more from their software. These improvements are included free of charge, and clubs already using Clubspot are updated automatically as new features go live. Instead of waiting on slow upgrade cycles or costly add-ons, Clubspot clubs benefit from a platform that keeps improving week after week.

This week’s release includes updates across forms, POS, lodging, reporting, and the member experience. Admins can now click into form responses to view details in an overlay, and they can also edit form responses directly when information needs to be updated.

In POS, clubs can now show member minimums inside the POS profile, making key account context easier to access at the point of service. Clubspot also added Cost+ discounts for POS locations, allowing clubs to calculate pricing based on an item’s cost plus a set percentage. Lodging price schedules are now live as well, giving admins more flexibility to configure nightly rates by room type, date range, participant type, occupancy, length of stay, and schedule priority.
