At Clubspot, we’re constantly improving the platform. Our team ships updates every week — from new features to performance improvements to small fixes that make everyday workflows smoother for club staff and members.

Clubspot’s Launch Notes are updated weekly.

Launch Notes are our way of keeping clubs informed about those improvements as they happen.

Club administrators can view the full list of updates directly inside their Clubspot dashboard. Simply click the “What’s new” button (the rocket icon) on the admin home page to see the latest updates in real time. This makes it easy for club leaders to stay up to date on new features, improvements, and fixes as they roll out.

Every club using Clubspot’s software can find the weekly updates to our software by clicking the “What’s new” button in their Administrator dashboard homepage.

This Week’s Updates

This week’s release included improvements across billing, lodging, reservations, and member operations.

We introduced guest pass configuration tools, new lodging booking rules and analytics, waitlists for group classes, and an availability view in POS host mode to see all reservations for a day. We also shipped new reporting tools, improvements to club billing and payment management, expanded access control through the Kisi integration, and several bug fixes and UI improvements across the platform.
