A Smarter Way to Track Activity Across Multiple Check-In Locations
Clubspot allows clubs to check members in across multiple locations easily.

A member’s visit to the club rarely happens in just one place. They may check in at the clubhouse, head to the fitness center, spend time at the pool, or bring a guest to the racquet facility. Clubspot’s multi-location check-in tools help clubs capture that activity more accurately while keeping the process simple for members and staff.
Traditional check-in systems often treat every visit the same, regardless of where the member is actually going. That can make it harder for staff to understand how different areas of the club are being used. With Clubspot, clubs can create multiple check-in locations and track visits based on the part of the property a member is using.
Each location can be configured within the Check-In Kiosk, allowing clubs to create options that reflect their facilities and operations. A club might set up separate locations for the main clubhouse, pool, fitness center, golf facilities, waterfront, or racquet courts. Members and guests can then select the appropriate location directly from the kiosk when they arrive.
Clubs can also add an image to each check-in location, creating a clearer and more visually intuitive experience. If a location does not have its own image, the kiosk can use the image from the club’s default location instead. This gives clubs flexibility while maintaining a consistent and branded member-facing interface.
Multi-location check-ins also give clubs more control over guest activity. Specific guest fees can be assigned to individual locations, helping clubs apply the right pricing based on where a guest is visiting. The default location can continue to display all available guest fees, while more specialized locations can be configured around their particular rules.
Every check-in is recorded with the selected location, giving staff a more complete picture of how the property is being used. Administrators can filter the check-in analytics table by location to review activity across different facilities. Instead of seeing only a total number of club visits, staff can understand which areas are busiest and how usage changes over time.
That visibility can support better operational decisions. A club may discover that the fitness center is busiest at a certain time of day, that pool guest traffic is higher on particular weekends, or that one facility is seeing more activity than expected. Staff can use that information to evaluate staffing, guest policies, programming, and future investments.
A better check-in process should do more than record that someone entered the club. It should help staff understand how members and guests are engaging with the full property. By connecting a simple kiosk experience with location-specific tracking and reporting, Clubspot gives clubs clearer insight without creating additional work at the front desk.
