Clubspot Launch Notes — May 22, 2026

Clubspot now lets clubs offer day trip options within our lodging software.

This week, Clubspot shipped updates across lodging, memberships, vendor invoices, courts, and document storage, continuing to make everyday club operations faster and easier to manage.

The biggest lodging update is member-facing day trip booking, with support for guest details, add-ons, and availability controls. We also added better dashboard visibility for lodging add-ons, including filtering and export support.

For club teams, this week also brought a new removed members report, improved vendor invoice option parsing, temporary registration holds for court bookings, and drag-and-drop organization in document storage.

What makes these updates especially important is how quickly Clubspot is able to keep improving. While legacy providers often move slowly, Clubspot ships modern, practical updates every week, helping private clubs stay ahead without waiting months or years for meaningful product improvements.
