Clubspot Launch Notes — May 8, 2026
Clubspot launched several big updates to our club dining software this week.
Updates and Launches in Real Time
At Clubspot, we’re constantly listening to how clubs actually operate—not just how software expects them to operate.
This week’s updates are focused on the kinds of details that matter during busy service, tee time management, lodging coordination, and member communications. Small interface improvements, clearer staff workflows, better exports, and more configurable communication tools all add up to a platform that feels more natural for every department using it.
What We Shipped This Week
This week, we added a wider POS overlay option for menus with lots of modifiers, a small bell icon that shows how many course reminders have been sent, and a new mobile order flow with options to reject, accept and fire, or accept without firing.
We also added requested caddies to printed tee sheets, check-in status to the condensed tee sheet, mobile numbers for guest profiles, a new lodging guest list CSV export, email-to-book support for lodging inquiries, configurable dining and golf confirmation emails, and an internal simulator booking update.
