Clubspot Launch Notes: November 6, 2026

Clubspot’s new tee sheet utilization feature gives clubs clear and granular reporting on the busiest times on the links.

This week’s updates give clubs a clearer picture of tee sheet demand, help staff coordinate group classes with facility availability, and add more flexibility to membership cancellation and statements. Here’s a closer look at what’s new in Clubspot:

Understand Tee Sheet Utilization and Demand

Clubs can now review tee sheet utilization by rounds or tee times, with week, month, and year views. An hourly weather view adds context for clubs with a location set on their account; weather data is available for clubs in the contiguous United States. A new demand view shows which tee times are most requested on particular days over a selected period, with settings to adjust the display, set default views, configure time blocks, and filter out low-frequency tee times or individual shifts.

Connect Group Classes to Facility Resources

Group class schedules and individual class instances can now be associated with a resource. When a resource is in use for a class, it can’t be booked for another activity at the same time, helping clubs coordinate class schedules with facility availability.

Add More Flexibility to Membership Changes and Statements

Administrators can now choose a cancellation time for a membership, and Clubspot shows any subscription items configured to bill within seven days before or after that date and time. Clubs can enable a new setting to send statements to members with expired memberships when they still have a balance. Another statement setting lets clubs include a breakdown of spending by member, giving households more detail about their charges.
