Social event feedback surveys
Clubs can now automatically send customizable feedback surveys after social events to collect participant feedback. Staff can create event-specific questions, filter responses by star rating, and connect each response directly to the member who submitted it.
More flexible dining table management
Hosts can now move reservations between tables directly from the dining layout, including reservations that use multiple tables. Clubspot displays every proposed change and warns staff about capacity issues before the swap is confirmed.
Packages as a payment option for group classes
Members can now use eligible packages to pay for courts, swim lanes, golf simulators, and group class bookings. This gives clubs more flexibility in how they sell and manage class access while making the booking process easier for members.
