Launch Notes – July 31, 2026

The abilities to review changes to the club’s website before publishing and to restore previous versions of the website are just a few of the new launches from Clubspot this week.

We’re always updating and improving Clubspot to evolve with clubs in real time. Check out what’s new this week:

Review, Compare, and Restore Website Versions

The Website Builder’s new version-control tools give staff a clearer view of every website update before it goes live. The Review and Publish workflow displays draft and live versions side by side with highlighted changes, while the redesigned history timeline makes it easy to review published events, discard unpublished edits, or restore the previous version.

More Flexibility at the Point of Sale

Clubspot now supports T600 tabletop devices that can run the POS and operate as card readers, giving clubs another hardware option for processing transactions. Clubs can also configure multiple additional surcharges beyond automatic gratuity and card surcharging, providing more control over how fees are applied.

Plan Ahead With Age-Out Reports

Scheduled age-out reports can now identify members who are approaching an age-based membership transition. In addition to showing members who currently violate an age-out rule, clubs can include upcoming age-outs within one-month, three-month, six-month, or one-year windows and schedule reports to run weekly.
