Clubspot Product Updates March 9 – 20, 2026
Part of being the most modern club management software available is constantly evolving and improving, and we love keeping our clubs up to date on what’s new. Over the past two weeks, we’ve rolled out a mix of highly visible enhancements and meaningful operational upgrades—from new member profile personalization to continued investments in POS, scheduling, and programming tools.
Boat Images in Member Profiles (Yacht Clubs)
Members Can Show Off Their Boats
Members can now add photos of their boats directly to their profile, bringing more personality and visibility into the membership directory.
This update is especially geared towards our yacht club users. Members can now upload photos of their boat or multiple boats directly to their profile. These images appear within the member portal and membership directory, with the ability to expand and view them in more detail. It’s a simple but impactful way to bring more personality and visibility into your membership base, particularly for clubs where boating is core to the community.
POS Updates (v5.4)
POS v5.4 and Everything That Comes With It
An improved Host Mode gives staff a real-time view of reservations and table layout, making it easier to manage service and seating at a glance.
We’re continuing to build momentum toward the full rollout of Clubspot POS v5.4 on April 6, with some clubs already live. Two of the biggest enhancements here are improvements to Host Mode and the introduction of Availability View. Staff can now see all reservations across tables for a given day, understand pacing at a glance, and quickly identify open booking times based on turn logic. These updates are designed to give front-of-house teams a clearer, more actionable view of service.
We covered the updates and what Clubspot POS v5.4 improves in depth here.
Courts & Simulators + Scheduling Enhancements
Improved Court and Simulator Booking
The new condensed view for courts and simulators makes it easier to scan availability and manage bookings during peak hours.
We’ve introduced a new condensed view for courts and simulators, making it significantly easier to scan availability and manage bookings during busy periods. On the reporting side, scheduled reports have been expanded, including more flexible age-out reporting that allows clubs to define rules at both the member and dependent level. Members will also notice a new “My RSVPs” experience in the portal, with a cleaner, chronological layout that makes it easier to track upcoming and past activity.
Group Classes
Smarter Management for Group Classes
Waitlists and smarter cancellation handling help ensure group classes stay full while giving members more flexibility to participate.
Group classes continue to get more powerful with the addition of waitlists and improved cancellation handling. Members can now join fully booked classes, and when spots open up, they’re automatically offered to the next person in line. Clubs can also configure more flexible cancellation policies, helping ensure better attendance while still giving members reasonable flexibility.
